“Sunshine caught in a bottle” – Semi-dry and made with Vidal blanc grapes, it has a touch of sweetness and a little effervescence reminiscent of a semi-dry Riesling. Great with fish and spicy foods.
Crisp, light white wine with beautiful fruit and a floral aroma.
Dry Rosè – light, pink and ripe with the soft fragrance of pink grapefruit and strawberries.
Imagine… fresh… juicy…peaches. Sweet blend of Jersey peaches and crisp white grape called Cayuga.
Light, dry red blend of Merlot and Sangiovese that strips away body and tannin leaving soft strawberry and cherry flavors. Great with heavier seafood and poultry.
Dry, medium to full bodied red blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chambourcin. Aged 23 months in oak. Very comparable to chianti reserve in terms of style.
